PlanOmatic is looking to add a Regional Account Manager who is passionate about technology and interested in real estate to help build on our existing network of preferred brokerages and top producing real estate agents.
Job Summary
The Regional Account Manager (RAM) position at PlanOmatic requires a self motivated and independent individual. As a RAM, you generate leads for new business by scheduling real estate office presentations for yourself and a small team of part-time presenters, meeting with top producing clients, and establishing relationships with executives such as marketing directors and broker/owners. Along with prospecting new business, management of existing business and relationships with preferred brokerage partners is a crucial role. You will also be asked to attend trade shows and conferences both locally and nationally. Time is split between traveling to offices and home-office days.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years of sales experience
Strong public speaking and presentation skills
Experience and comfort with over-the-phone interactions and cold calls
Real Estate industry experience
Flexibility for weekly overnight business trips
Software sales experience
Experience creating proposals
Experience developing new markets
Some knowledge of photography preferred
